British Food Fortnight Begins

British Food Fortnight Begins

In 2002, British Food Fortnight was launched, the biggest annual, national celebration of British food and drink. Each year, businesses and organisations across the UK take part. The fortnight encourages people to discover the diverse and delicious food made in Britain and to actively seek it out on menus and in shopping aisles. In doing so we hope to secure a robust market for British food that makes it viable for farmers and producers to continue to invest in production.
