The Dev Deepawali is a special festival celebrated in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India. It falls on the full moon of the Hindu month of Kartika and takes place fifteen days after Diwali. The festival is also known as the “festival of lights” because on this day people light thousands of lamps on the Ghats of Varanasi. This festival is special because it is a time when people from all walks of life come together to celebrate. Whether you are rich or poor, Hindu or Muslim, everyone is welcome to join in the festivities. People experience real joy when they take part in this incredible event!
