Time to get creative! Research from the University of Western Australia suggests exposure to the arts for just two hours every week can improve mental health and overall wellbeing. Whether active (hands-on work or studio practice) or passive (viewing or discussing art), the benefits are undeniable. We want today to be an opportunity for you to bring out your creative side. This could be in any medium, and can be as simple or as complicated as you like. Make sure to show off your artwork afterwards.
