World Jugglers Day

World Jugglers Day

World Jugglers Day commemorates the anniversary of the foundation of the International Jugglers Association (IJA) in 1975. It was first observed in mid 1980s. Juggling is a form of art and science, hence this day raises awareness and encourages people to take up the art.

Research says that juggling improves hand-eye coordination by 10% and burns up to 280 calories per hour. Since it engages both sides of your brain, it’s also fantastic brain training. Who doesn’t enjoy learning a new party trick?!
