Returning from the festival, Pete began to investigate Laughter Yoga. The more he discovered, the more the idea of laughter and wellness activity resonated with him. Pretty soon Pete was attending as many Laughter Yoga sessions as he could find.
But the problem was that there were not that many of them. So, Pete Cann ‘Laughter Man’ was born! From there, he made it his mission to bring the benefits of laughter to as many people as he could find. His videos, including Laughter Yoga sessions involving cooking, housework and woodland walking, are available on Oomph TV.

Ruth first became aware of the importance of body awareness, postural alignment and strengthening through movement whilst working as a therapy assistant on a Neuro Rehabilitation Unit.
Having an understanding of how the body works and how much we take the patterns of movement for granted really inspired Ruth to look at how she could take this approach into the community and make the sessions more accessible to everyone. Ruth fell in love with Pilates whilst attending face to face sessions and also practicing at home via online classes.
Ruth loves the element of the connection between the breath, mind and body and how people can improve so many areas of their function through these foundational Pilates movements. Ruth hopes you enjoy the Pilates sessions as much as she loves creating and teaching them.
"I love working alongside Oomph to provide Pilates and Meditation content. Oomph always have the community at heart when planning activities and it is amazing to see so much on offer to enable people to engage. I love to help people reconnect with their mind and body and the Oomph platform is helping me reach those who may not usually be able to get to a Pilates class."
