Oomph! is a social enterprise dedicated to improving the quality of life for older adults. We do this by providing high quality wellbeing training and support for people already working or volunteering in the care sector and running engaging trips out for older adults.

Job Description

This role reports to the Client/Marketing Director and the individual will be responsible for building strong partnership relationships with clients and ensuring we deliver excellent customer service. Research, analysis and reporting will be a key part of this role to ensure our clients are consistently aware of the positive impact we are having on their business, their staff and their residents.

We are looking for an exceptional Account Manager to work across a range of key wellbeing clients within our portfolio and to work as part of a growing wellbeing team. The successful candidate will be a commercially savvy individual who can optimise all client opportunities and be an integral part of business growth.

Small Print

A competitive salary will be offered and is flexible subject to experience. We offer 25 days annual leave plus 8 statutory bank and public holidays.
