Location: Head Office (Wimbledon), UK
Job Type: Full time, permanent

Oomph! provide high quality training and support for people already working or volunteering in places where older people live or go regularly. This role is focused on supporting the Relationship Managers and Regional Trainers through providing administrative support.

Job Description

Key Tasks:
• Administrating the training process, including arranging the dates and taking registration forms
• Administrating the equipment ordering process, ensuring we have the right equipment for each training session
• Assisting the Relationship Manager is analysing the app data
• Arranging the logistics of further training and peer events (sending out invites, booking venues etc)

Key Results / Objectives:
• Training sessions have the right people, with the right equipment
• All data from tablets is analysed
• All project administration is completed in an accurate and timely manner

Small Print

On offer is a salary of £16,000 - £18,000pa, depending on experience.
