We are looking for an exceptional account manager for a group of clients within our Community portfolio. The successful candidate will be a commercially savvy individual who can optimise all client opportunities and an integral part of business growth.

Job Description

You will be responsible for the account management for a group of clients within our community portfolio and building strong, partnership-based relationships with clients. This role ensures that we deliver on and exceed our promise to clients and provide excellent customer service and includes administrative responsibilities in the form of managing stock levels and ordering stock, supporting clients and instructors with the Oomph! App and working closely with trainers and clients to arrange and ensuring relevant processes have been completed. Working as part of a small team and closely with other teams in the business, you will build very strong working relationships across the business including the community regional trainers. The role intercepts across all teams in different ways so relationships and communication are key and being a team player is essential.

Requirements - What we’re looking for:

This role requires an extremely organized individual who can manage a portfolio of clients and their expectations. We are looking for someone who embraces our company proposition of a full life for life, supportive of our company values, who is proactive and who can work autonomously as well as part of a team. You will need strong administration and customer service skills and will have minimum level 2 qualifications, including GCSE English and GCSE Mathematics (or equivalent). Qualifications in Business Administration are desirable.

Small Print

On offer is a salary of £20,000 - £23,000 per annum, subject to experience.
