You'll be responsible for exceptional account management for our clients across all care home products, which involves building strong, long term partnership-based relationships with clients. This includes a deep understanding of their strategic direction / business needs and a strong day-to-day working relationship to ensure we work together to maximise value for their homes and group. You'll need to ensure we deliver on and exceed our promise to clients, liaising closely with teams across all areas of the business to make this happen.
It'll be your job to ensure that homes are benefiting from our services to the maximum, and that we provide regular reporting across all homes to groups which adds value and provides insight. You'll add value to the partnership in other ways that are important to them e.g. marketing, research etc, and own client renewal targets and identifying and winning upsell opportunities.
The role includes ensuring the efficient and effective running of Out & About, by owning the client-facing service delivery across a certain number of buses. This involves a variety of tasks, from overseeing the schedule management of the buses, including trips, risk assessments and working closely with conductors to monitoring utilisation across buses.
You'll be in charge of identifying and analysing trends across the portfolio, as well as being mindful of risks and opportunities, to understand how we can improve and iterate the service, playing a key role in building on the processes and systems to scale Out & About with the relevant teams.

Playing a key role in supporting processes and systems as required by managing a team effectively and working closely with other teams in the business - you'll manage the team to achieve all KPIs and provide the structure and guidance as required to drive efficient working. You'll proactively support the development of team members.
The role intercepts across all teams in different ways so relationships and communication are key: Sales, Logistics, Marketing, Finance, HR. The role also involves taking part in external events e.g. speaking at conferences.
