The Leadership Bundle is a series of training courses that are part of the Wellbeing & Activities Training for Staff and is targeted and focused on leadership development towards the delivery of wellbeing care in your home. Our leadership training courses will provide you with all the practical skills and knowledge on areas such as documentation, compliance and regulations, planning and delegation, managing staff, effective KPIs and many more, to take the management of your care delivery to the next level.
The leadership training courses available come in the form of face-to-face workshops and last for 4 hours. All courses are CPD Certified and are available for everyone at the care home to undertake, but they would be especially suitable for these in management or leadership roles who hold a focus on wellbeing within your homes.

Course 01 – Celebrating and Evidencing Success
This course is a face-to-face workshop, in which you will be supported with the knowledge and skills necessary to cultivate a culture of recognition, appreciation and evidence-based practices within their care settings.
Through this workshop, you will explore the psychological and organisational benefits of celebrating achievements, learn techniques for identifying and acknowledging successes and understand their significance.
At the end of this course, you will:
- Understand why celebrating achievements and using evidence is crucial in care settings for boosting morale, wellbeing and credibility
- Understand the importance of recognising and celebrating both small and big accomplishments among residents and staff
- Learn how to collect and organise evidence to show how care practices make a difference and how to effectively share this evidence with others
- Learn how to develop ways to encourage a culture of recognition and celebration that suits residents and staff
Course 02 – Creative Thinking for Wellbeing Leaders
This workshop will support you with the essential skills and mindset to effectively leverage creative thinking in your leadership role. You will explore the relationship between creativity and wellbeing leadership, you will learn to cultivate innovative environments, master creative problem-solving techniques and implement empathetic and forward-thinking approaches.
This course offers a dynamic blend of theory, practical experiences and collaborative activities to empower you with the tools you need to inspire positive change, foster a thriving culture and provide innovative solutions within the realms of wellbeing leadership.

Course 04 – Effective KPIs for Wellbeing
This face-to-face workshop will equip you with the relevant knowledge and skills needed to enhance the wellbeing of individuals in your care. This will be achieved through training which shows the impact of organisational success through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Through this course, you will learn how and where to select relevant wellbeing metrics, how to create actionable KPIs, and establish efficient data collection methods for measuring KPIs. The course will discuss and teach the skills needed to cultivate a wellbeing-focused culture, leading to improved wellbeing for those under your care which will in turn impact and create positive outcomes for your organisation.

- Be able to recognise the signs of stress and anxiety and use techniques like deep breathing and positive thinking to manage these feelings

Course 09 – Planning and Delegation within your Team

The course covers aligning budgets with wellbeing goals, effective resource use, and ways to control costs. The workshop also emphasises how important continuous monitoring and feedback is, and how it leads to better budget management and the impact this has on improving care quality and overall wellbeing.
